These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DockiShip’s services, including storage, packing, and shipping facilitation. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope
DockiShip provides storage, packing, and handover of products to third-party couriers. Once an order is dispatched to the courier, DockiShip’s responsibility is considered complete.
2. Seller Responsibilities
The accuracy of all information provided on shipping labels (including addresses, contact details, and product details) is the sole responsibility of the seller, not DockiShip.
Sellers are fully responsible for the nature, legality, and compliance of the products they ship.
Any fraudulent activity identified by couriers, buyers, or other third parties will be the sole responsibility of the seller. DockiShip holds no liability in such cases.
3. Fraud & Account Suspension
DockiShip reserves the right to block or suspend a seller’s account if fraud or misuse is identified.
In such cases, no refund will be provided for any subscription or monthly charges already paid.
Sellers found engaging in fraudulent or prohibited activities may also face termination of service.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery
DockiShip is responsible for handling inventory, packing, and dispatching orders to the courier.
DockiShip is not responsible for order tracking or final delivery to the buyer. Tracking, transit, and delivery timelines are the responsibility of the courier service.
5. Prohibited Items
Sellers must not use DockiShip services for shipping restricted or prohibited goods, including hazardous materials, counterfeit products, or items prohibited by law.
6. Fees & Billing
Monthly subscription fees, per-order fees, weight add-ons, and return handling fees are billed as per the pricing structure.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
DockiShip is not liable for delays, lost items, or damages occurring after dispatch to the courier. Our responsibility ends when the package is successfully handed over to the courier.
8. Policy Updates
DockiShip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
